BDGIW Payload Monitoring System

The on-board weighing system consists of two main parts: the truck end and the cloud end. The truck end comprises a data acquisition module, an on-board host computer, and an on-board display (the on-board host and the on-board display are integrated into one unit). The on-board host integrates a satellite positioning module, which communicates with GPS or BeiDou satellites to determine its own position and obtain its speed and elevation.

The on-board host should also be equipped with a 4G communication module; the wireless communication module transmits the weighing data, position data, and speed data to the MQTT message broker via the network carrier's base stations. The cloud server reads data from the MQTT message broker. Data application services run on the cloud server, enabling authorized in-mine users to access the corresponding data via mobile devices or computers.
