Concentrate Filtration Control System

The project regulates the underflow ore‑discharge concentration of the thickener by manipulating its underflow discharge valve, rubber‑lined pump, together with the flowmeter and densimeter mounted on the rubber‑lined pump pipeline. In this way, the feed concentration supplied to ceramic filters and vertical filter‑presses can be controlled. Adjustable‑opening cone valves are installed at the feed inlets of ceramic filters and vertical filter‑presses to regulate the feeding rate of the filtering equipment. Filtered finished products are discharged onto the corresponding belt conveyors underneath. Multiple sets of belt conveyors operate in combination to transport materials to respective destinations.
