Crushing Process Control System

The crushing system is designed with a processing capacity of 320 t/h. The −600 mm run-of-mine (ROM) ore in the ore bin is discharged by a BV13-56-2V vibrating ore feeder and enters a 2DYKB3072 vibrating screen for pre-screening. The screen undersize (−100 mm) goes directly onto Belt Conveyor No. 1, while the oversize (+100 mm) enters a C125 jaw crusher and is coarsely crushed to −100 mm; the coarse-crushed ore drops onto Belt Conveyor No. 1. Belt Conveyor No. 1 conveys the −100 mm ore to a double-deck vibrating screen for check screening. The −12 mm ore goes directly to the fine ore bin, the +12 mm to −30 mm ore goes to the fine-crushing surge bin, and the +30 mm ore goes to the medium-crushing surge bin. The material from the medium-crushing surge bin is fed by the medium-crushing cone feeder to an HP300 medium-crushing cone crusher; the crushed ore enters Belt Conveyor No. 2. The material from the fine-crushing surge bin is fed by the fine-crushing cone feeder to the fine-crushing cone crusher; the crushed ore also enters Belt Conveyor No. 2. Belt Conveyor No. 2 delivers the ore back to Belt Conveyor No. 1, forming the closed crushing circuit. In addition to the main process equipment described above, the crushing section also includes auxiliary equipment such as dust collectors, centrifugal fans, and electromagnetic iron separators.
